Learning and Behavior Solutions was founded by Brian Macauley, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and former Special Education Teacher with more than twelve years of experience working with and helping individuals with significant social, emotional, behavior and learning challenges.

In addition to experience providing  home, school and community based Applied Behavior Analytic (ABA) services, Brian also has of experience working in the public schools in various classroom, consulting and administrative roles including as a substantially separate special education teacher at the elementary and middle school levels, Team Chair, Autism Specialist and Behavior Analyst.
